Vintage Oxfxord University Crest on Dark Chambray and Windowpane in Gold Frame

Vintage Oxford University crest mounted on a blue and ivory windowpane and mounting wrapped in dark blue chambray. Patch in vintage gold wood frame measures 8.25" x 8.25". Dated 1908 at lower right. Very good condition.
