Returns

Because we represent original, one-of-a-kind works of art, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

We want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase, so we’re always happy to help before you buy. If you have questions about an artwork, its scale, colors, framing, condition, or how it might work in your space, please reach out. We’re happy to provide additional photographs or videos, measurements, and our honest perspective, and we’re always glad to help you make the right choice.

Damages and issues

Imperfections are par for the course with vintage and antique art, and, we think, add to the character. However, we do make a serious effort to display and describe any material imperfections. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (hello@sugartownart.com) within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
