Shipping policy

We know that you are anxious to get your art in your hands after order, so we make an effort to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States for all items. We ship via UPS and FedEx, occasionally USPS. After drop off, ground shipments are expected to be delivered in 1-5 business days.

We also offer the option for signature confirmation for a small fee. This option can be selected by choosing "Free Shipping + Signature Confirmation" from the shipping option at checkout.

Very occasionally our shop will go on "vacation mode." This will be noted at checkout along with an expected order processing date.

If you are going out of town, and want us to hold your delivery for a time until you are ready to receive it we would be happy to do that! Send an email to hello@sugartownart.com after checkout. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

If you are local, and would like to pick up in person please email hello@sugartownart.com *before* checkout, and we can arrange a pick up time and a local pick up discount code for you.
