Vintage nautical signal flag representing the letter "C" mounted on light blue and white oxford striped fabric. Flag in gold finished vintage wood frame with peeks of old blue paint underneath 14” x 17”. Mounted under glass. Flag has light patina. Frame in very good, vintage condition with light wear.
