Vintage 13 star Betsy Ross American parade flag mounted on a medium blue woven fabric. Flag in a 19th century, antique wood frame with gilded liner measures 9.25" x 11.75", and is mounted under old, wavy glass. Flag has light patina. Frame in very good antique condition with light age appropriate wear.
