13 star vintage Betsy Ross American parade flag mounted on an ivory felted herringbone fabric. Flag in an antique wood frame with gilded oval liner frame measures 12.25" x 14.25", and is mounted under glass. Flag has light patina. Frame in very good condition with light age appropriate wear.
