13 star vintage Betsy Ross American parade flag mounted on blue and white striped fabric. Flag in an antique wood frame with gilded liner measures 13” x 15”, and is mounted under glass. Flag has light patina. Frame in good antique condition with age appropriate light scattered wear but displays beautifully.
