Stéphanie Doucet was born on the east coast in New Brunswick and currently lives with her family in Ontario, Canada. She received artistic training at La Haute école des arts du Rhin and has taken workshops and classes with several artists from Canada, England, and the United States. She also trained at two ateliers in France.
Stéphanie primarily works in oil paints and loves to explore various subjects including interiors, landscapes, and still life. She draws inspiration from her travels, favorite local spots, and everyday life. She enjoys painting landscapes en plein, often participating in plein air competitions. She has participated in two solo shows and several group shows, and has recently completed an art residency. She has received multiple awards, and her work can be found in private collections around the world.
