Set of four early 20th century watercolor interior design renderings for the Manhattan based design firm Talmey, Inc., lead by Rosa Talmey. Each piece in custom gold frame measures 16" x 11". Rosa Broad Talmey of 715 Park Avenue was an early member of the American Institute of Decorators, as well as a member of the Decorators Club. She had been president of Talmey, Inc., interior decorators at 22 East Sixty-sixth Street, until her retirement five years ago. During her long career, in which she decorated the homes of many prominent persons in New York, Connecticut and North Carolina, she was recognized as an authority on antiques, old silver and china. All artworks are in very good, age appropriate condition with light wear.
