A tradition dating back to the 17th-century where ten horses and riders, bareback and dressed in the appropriate colors, represent ten of the seventeen city wards. Artwork in original sage green painted grasscloth and wood frame with white linr and gilded edges measures 22.5" x 26.5". Artwork in very good vintage condition. Frame is in good vintage condition with all over scattered light wear - light chips and scratches.
