Fletcher J. Mercer (British 1861-1922) was a landscape, floral and portrait artist. He exhibited primarily between 1901 and 1922 most frequently with the New English Art Club. Fletcher also showed at the International Society, the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the Royal Scottish Academy.
